This tea is for your mind and soul!By: April Lee on 20 June 2019To be honest with you, I would not think Chamomile Spearmint combination can be this good. I enjoyed various kinds of herbal teas after dinner or after a big night, mostly off-the-shelf tea bags (Chamomile, peppermint, spearmint etc) from the supermarket. My brother is developing a sore tunny when he takes caffeine lately so I wanted to get him a good quality herbal tea and decided to experiment before send it off to him. Thought Chamomile Spearmint would be a good choice as Chamomile itself is somewhat too herbal and Spearmint itself can be too minty. So I bought a 50g bag to test and it became my no.1 night tea!! I use 1-1.5 tsp per a mug (you can brew twice with the same tea bag). First of all, the scent is so aromatic and relaxing reminding me of laying down in a day spa. The overall taste is crispy spearmint comes first then smooth flowery Chamomile after, leaving your mouth with a tint of cooling minty ending but not as strong as peppermint tea. I like the crispiness but not sharp when I sip this tea. I offered it to my teenage boy and he loved it now we are sharing this wonderful tea at night time together (good to catch up with no-talk teen boys). I do not know what is the secret but the fragrance of this tea is superb! I had it for 1 month now but the teas are still fresh and the scent is so strong. The actual teas are quite high quality – Chamomile buds/flowers are whole (not chopped in pieces). The flavour and scent of this tea helps to relax your body and mind (at least for me), sometimes I have this tea just before I go to bed (with an excuse of bedtime reading company) and have no problem in the following morning. I also tried it as a Iced-tea with coconut sugar and a slice of lime when you serve, you have no idea what you’re missing
