Whether you prefer black tea, green tea or any other tea type, for that perfect cuppa, you may like to try our 'highly recommended' teas.
Oolong Teas
Only the purest water will make the best cup of tea. Tap water often contains excessive chemicals which will deaden tea flavours.
If you decide to improve the water, water filters which use 'reverse osmosis' will filter salts, minerals and other impurities out of the water molecules and will leave water about 99.5% pure. If you decide to use bottled water, choose water with a PH of 7 and no salts or minerals.
Brewing with pure water will give a bright, clear-coloured liquor with a brisk, lively flavour.
Each tea type has a different production process each requires a slightly different brewing method. Please make your selection.
