Measure 1-2 teaspoons per cup of your fruit blend into a cup-infuser or pot, pour boiling water over the dried fruit mix and brew for 5-10 minutes, to suit your taste. The longer the brewing times and the higher the teaspoon measure, the stronger the flavours.
Remove the infuser (and fruits) from your cup and drink the coloured fruit infusion. We recommend you use a large cup infuser to ensure the fruit mix can expand and while brewing. Gently stir the brewing fruits to improve the flavour release.
