Measure 1-2 teaspoons per cup of your herb blend into a cup-infuser or pot, pour boiling water over the leaves and brew for 5-10 minutes, to suit your taste. The longer the brewing time and the higher the teaspoon measure, the stronger the flavours.
Remove the infuser (and herbs) from your cup and drink the clear infusion. We recommend you use a large cup infuser to ensure the herbs can expand and while brewing. Gently stir the brewing herbs to improve the flavour release.
