Pearl Tea Brewing

Pearls are simple to brew. Place 3 pearls in a tea glass and fill with hot water 75-80degC and brew for 3-4 minutes. You can refill your glass three or four times, using the same leaves. Vary the number of pearls or the brew time to vary the taste.
