Online Orders and Payments

To order your teas, the quickest and easiest way is to order online 24 hours / 7 days a week.

Simply click through the Tea menu, place your tea selections in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout and make a credit card payment. If you do not have a credit card, see TELEPHONE ORDERS below.

Don't forget to click onto TEA SPECIALS, NEW TEAS and BEST SELLERS for a quick view of the current situation. These menu items are updated monthly.

Once you have completed ordering online, you will be sent an email confirming the order and your order number. Anytime you have further questions or comments you can send an email to bren@tealeaves.com.au or telephone 03 9755 2222 and quote your order number for a prompt response.

Online Security

At tealeaves.com.au we use a world class payment process with the highest level of security available (128bit encryption). All your payment and credit card details remain with the secure online payment gateway service who send us details regarding your order and delivery. At no stage does Tea Leaves have access to your credit card details.

Telephone Orders

If you still do not feel comfortable ordering online please contact us by email or telephone-

• requesting a Tea Catalogue and Price List by post
• giving your full name, contact number and postal address 

When you receive the Price List-

• telephone 03 9755 2222 (our Sassafras shop)
• place your order
• provide full name and postal address to our friendly staff
• make your payment using one of the methods below.
• Your order will be shipped after your payment has been processed and cleared.

• Please note, higher postage and handling charges apply to telephone orders, due to higher administration costs.
