Delivery within in AUSTRALIA

Online Orders

We can deliver Tea anywhere in Australia using trackable Australia Post Parcel satchels to ensure protection of your tea during transit.** Any tin caddies ordered will be bubble wrapped and carefully packed. Handling and packaging charges are included in the tea price. The prompt delivery of your order is very important to us.

** Smaller orders being sent to outlying towns in Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia, may be sent by Express Post to ensure a more timely delivery.

(Interstate orders and outside Metropolitan Melbourne, with goods over 2.5kg in weight, may be delivered boxed and via Registered Post) 

Orders under $50.00 value will be delivered via Red Australia Post trackable satchel or boxed (if goods require extra protection)

Delivery Times

Please allow 3-4 business days, from the date of your order, to process and deliver your order to all Australian capital cities. Allow approximately 5 business days to process and deliver to Australian regional areas.(some outlying areas will take longer) Allow same times for online and telephone orders. 

Remember

Australia POST satchels will usually be left at address given, but may need to be collected from your local Post Office.

Christmas

From our previous experience, due to the high volumes of mail, orders taken during the week before Christmas may not be delivered by Australia Post until early in the new year. To ensure a pre Christmas delivery, please place your order no later than the second week in December.

International Delivery

How will I know that you have received my order?

Once you have completed ordering online, you will be sent an email confirming the order and your order number.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The prompt delivery of your order is very important to us. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for processing your order and Express Post Australia delivery to all Australian capital cities. Allow approximately 5 business days for processing and delivery to Australian regional areas.

What if my order is not delivered in the given time?

If your tea does not arrive within the given time please first check with your local post office before contacting us to track it.
