Every year on my birthday, I drive up to the Dandenong ranges and visit Sassafras.

For my 21st birthday, I held a mad hatters tea party and had a variety of tea's from 'Tea Leaves' Everyone loved all the different varieties and flavours!

The store is so special to me, and the tea's are so good!

Hi there, On Sunday we went for a drive to the Yarra Valley and discoverd this beautiful Tea shop. I have bought various Tea bags including the Lemon Tang and the Weight Control.The Lemon Tang is just delightful. The weight control I would like some more information about it. As the shop was busy I did not ask for information. Perhaps you could send me some in an email.I would be very grateful.In the mean time I keep enjoying those beautiful blends.

Wonderful Tea, Wonderful shop! While visiting Melbourne earlier this year, my husband and I were taken to Miss Marples and your shop. Being a confirmed tea drinker, I was in heaven and could have spent much more time than I did. I could not wait to try Terry's blend-it smelled lovely!- and when I got back to the States, I went through the bag in no time at all! Thank you for setting up this new website--now I can order tea from you whenever I feel the need for a "taste of Melbourne" and the beautiful memories of my visit there.

The quality is superb, the service exceptional and the aroma of the store unforgetable. I have been visiting and buying tea from the Sassafras store for 7 years now, and am so happy I discovered it! Nothing beats your Chai, Refresh or the organic Earl Grey!!

Found your shop in the Dandenongs whilst on holiday from Sydney. Knowing how great tea is for your health...I've been trying to add it to my daily menu. Finding your shop has made everything so more exciting. The teas are beautiful and I am really enjoying the different flavours and learning about each one. I will be ordering online very soon to try some different flavours and varieties. Tea in the supermarket is so boring compared to your shop, and online shop. Thank you so much

For confirmed tea lovers like myself, your teas have opened up a whole new world of tastes. I never dreamt tea could smell and taste so incredibly good! Even the so called "good" brands of tea I've bought over the years, pale to total insignificance compared to the wonderful aromas and flavours of your teas (it's like a "tea-lovers heaven"!)-Thankyou!!
